Warranty

All our products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects only. If a fault is confirmed upon inspection, we will provide a like-for-like replacement or a refund of the purchase price.

Claims & Inspection Process

All warranty claims are subject to inspection.

We may require the item to be returned for assessment. If a return is not reasonably possible, we may assess the claim based on the information provided and reserve the right to decline unverifiable claims.

Returned items must include all original components and be securely packaged. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

What Is Not Covered

  • Loss of items or missing components;
  • General wear and tear, including scratches, dents, surface marks, or thinning of metal over time;
  • Natural oxidation, tarnishing, or colour changes of metals, which are natural processes and not manufacturing defects;
  • Damage caused by misuse, careless handling, improper storage, improper cleaning, modification, or accidental damage, including but not limited to:
    • Stretched links near a break in a chain;
    • Jewellery breaking after being caught or snagged on objects;

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit those rights. However, please note that coverage does not apply if the item has been lost, modified, or damaged through misuse after delivery.

To request a warranty claim, simply reply to your order confirmation email or Email Us with your order number and the following details:

• Clear photos showing all areas affected by the defect (blurry or unclear images may delay or prevent assessment)
• A clear description of the manufacturing defect and any additional information that may help us assist you

This will help us assess your claim as quickly as possible.
