1. Payment & Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing a backorder to secure your item. The remaining balance will be due before shipping the item.
2. Shipping: Backorder items will be shipped in 1~3 weeks after the order is placed. Any changes or delays will be communicated via email.
3. Cancellation: Orders can be canceled anytime before the item is shipped. However, the 50% deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation.
4. Returns & Refund: Preordered items follow our standard return and refund policies. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.
5. Product Availability: In rare cases where we cannot fulfill a preorder due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund.
6. Delivery Dates: Estimated shipping times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as shipping carrier issues or customs clearance.
