Very yellow gold

The necklace quality is fine but the gold is way too yellow.

Thank you for your feedback! Our gold-plated name necklace are plated with real 24K gold, which naturally has a deeper and richer yellow tone compared to 18K gold or lower karat plating. This is the genuine colour of pure gold, and we’re unable to alter that shade without changing the gold purity.
